		<description><![CDATA[Thank you for the great recommendation, Philip. I adore this genre of book and had no knowledge if it until your mention. 

The last one of that ilk I read was some years ago, the Somerset Maugham Award, and Newdigate Prize winning &quot;Angry White Pajamas&quot; by Robert Twigger. Broadly speaking, it&#039;s about a British poet&#039;s journey through the Tokyo Riot Police Aikido school. It is painful, enlightening and often incredibly funny, but has some much deeper messages. 

Having studied Aikido when younger, and having studied business in Japan, I can say from experience that the core philosophies found within the martial arts emulate nature perfectly. Emulating nature is incredibly effective in business, if the human elements of attachment, such as greed, are excluded.]]></description>
