Great university ranking system
January 4, 2010
For the past three years, the Ecole des Mines in Paris has compiled its own ranking of the world’s universities, based on the number of their alumni among the CEO’s of the world’s top 500 companies. It’s as incomplete as any ranking system, but considerably more interesting than most. And with a much more transparent methodology.
You can read it here.
this is really interesting, i started reading ur book, very interesting. do u mind if i ask some questions ?
Definitely an interesting methodology and one which seems to put in question not only the relative merits of elite v non-elite business schools but also the very value of a business school education.
Perhaps if the report was not formatted in comic sans it would be taken a little more seriously…
